five generations

For Thanksgiving, Baby B and I went to visit our family in south Georgia. We had 5 generations celebrating Thanksgiving together.

In the picture above, there's my Granny (my grandfather's mother), my Papa (mama's dad), my Mama, then me and little Brandt.

What a special blessing it was to spend time with our family. The time we were able to spend with my sweet Granny meant so much to me. I wanted to badly for her to meet baby Brandt. What a blessing for Brandt to have met his Great-Great-Grandmother...

When I showed her this picture... she said "Lordy, you sure can tell how old I am in that picture!"
